Looking to try trail running or a sprint-trail enthusiast? Or maybe you’re just tired of loop courses? The 10 km Au fil du Giffre is made for you! Follow the course of the river that shaped our valley, enjoying the refreshing coolness it brings. But don’t get too comfortable—this isn’t a flat run! You’ll need to gain some elevation to cross the Nant d’Ant, and stay steady as you navigate the tricky descent that will bring you back to Samoëns. Finally, end your run with the traditional final loop around the lake, following in the footsteps of the pros!

This course includes vertiginous passages, ladder crossings, and sections that could be very slippery depending on weather conditions. It’s essential to ensure your experience and physical and mental condition on the day of the event are in line with this environment.
